20 years, always the one building
Most of that time was spent inside demanding projects for major enterprises and banks. Building hands-on, I learned exactly where good plans break down and how heavy operations get after launch. Duolabs gathers that experience into one person's accountability.
What matters in outsourced work is knowing who is responsible from start to finish. At Duolabs, the person you consult with also handles planning, development, launch, and operations. There is no undisclosed subcontracting. AI tools may assist the work, but I remain responsible for every decision and the final quality.
Since starting Duolabs in 2019, I have focused on clear ownership rather than headcount. I build and operate the work I take on directly, bringing in vetted specialists when a project needs them.
